A Minecraft Movie

Four people are unexpectedly pulled through a portal into the blocky overworld. To return home, they must master the terrain and join a magical quest with a crafter named Steve.

Like any player navigating the iconic game this film brings to life, the characters must find materials to build equipment and structures to stay safe. Everything is in block form, even sheep and pandas. "A Minecraft Movie" is a creative and fun production, and remains true to its source with easter eggs for players to appreciate. The plot has a high-action energy, all held together on the screen by two experienced gamers. Their buddy energy works, unpredictable like a surprise party, with nobody knowing what will happen next. Don't be square.
