Godzilla vs. Kong

An ancient rivalry is reignited when Kong is transported from his containment on Skull Island.

"Godzilla vs. Kong" promises a gigantic display, but provides little entertainment. It lumbers through a plot stretched just thin enough to justify its feature-length. The 'human' characters don't help the cause, delivering some of the most unengaging dialogue to grace the Earth, even by monster film standards. While blatantly coerced, the titular showdown is a fiery CGI spectacular that maximises every speaker in the room. No winners.
