While delivering sushi, Antoine encounters a teacher at the Paris Opera who sees his operatic potential after he performs an impromptu rap.

Tenor is a story about social class and standing, and how one man studying accountancy is torn between competing in the world of rap or opera. It's all a bit of a fairy tale, but a touching and enjoyable one; audiences will be drawn into the battle of the musical genres and forgiving of the unlikely premise on which the plot is built. The finale is so uplifting the movie can be forgiven for any inharmonious elements. A punch up between pounding and posh.
